Janey Walser

Janey Walser, a native of California, received her BA degree in art from the University of Redlands and obtained her teaching credential from the University of La Verne, both located in southern California. As a retired teacher, she now enjoys her interests in writing and art.

Her art work has been sold throughout the United States, and her poetry has won various awards. She has written and illustrated children’s stories and picture books.

Janey looks at life through a deep sense of spirituality which is reflected in her poetry. She sees life as the intermingling of all of God’s presence and purpose molded into the wondrous world around us. She feels life is filled with great possibilities and meaning if one only sees, feels and is in tune with one’s heart.
